I have had the opportunity to work with Sooner Express, Pat and Mark in particular, over the past 6 months and I am thoroughly impressed with their experience, professionalism and commitment to customer service. I NEVER post reviews online but wanted to take the time to post about Patrick and the entire support team at Sooner Express. We started working with Patrick when the time came to find additional warehousing options for some of our dead inventory and slower moving product. Patrick helped to facilitate the movement of nearly 100 pallets to his facility with ease. From the moment we contacted Sooner they have been nothing but responsive, professional and most important, reliable. That reliability was put to the test this week. With the happening of Covid, our business, like so many others, had come to a standstill. As businesses are finally starting to come back, we received an order for one of our very slow-moving products. I got in touch with Patrick and let him know I needed the product ASAP. Patrick personally took it upon himself to not only pull the product for us but went so far as to drop it off at our warehouse that very day. During a time when businesses need all the help they can get, it’s great to know that our partners at Sooner are there for us.
